Public REST API

The product is driven through a public REST API. Plan limits apply to volume and seats — contacts, emails, funnels, campaigns, users — and the pricing page lists them.

API key authentication

API keys are stored only as a SHA-256 hash. You see a key once, when you create it. Keys carry scoped permissions (read, write, admin).

Rate limiting on the public API

API requests are rate limited per account, according to your plan. If a limit gets in the way of legitimate use, write to us and we will look at raising it.

Query and input safety

Database access goes through parameterized queries. Request payloads are validated against typed schemas at the API boundary. Both are required by our engineering rules and checked in code review.

Your data if you leave.

Ask us for a copy of your data at any time, in a machine-readable format. Self-serve export is on our roadmap and this page will say so when it ships.
